• Election of the 2025–2026 CAOAC Executive

• Bylaw amendment discussions

• Approval of financial reports and recent appointments

• Hamilton Birthday Bash/CAOAC Convention Updates

• Opportunity for member feedback and suggestions

Each year, all executive positions are declared open. Any member in good standing from a CAOAC-affiliated club (or a private member) may nominate themselves or another eligible member (with their consent). Candidates may be nominated for multiple positions, but may only be elected to one. Nominees may submit a one-page statement articulating their qualifications and rationale for seeking an executive position. CAOAC Bylaws have been attached to this email for your reference.
