Dorothy May Reimer (Hick) passed away on November 13, 2022 at the age of 96 years.
She was born in Calgary, Alberta on August 8, 1926 and at the age of 21, she married Jacob Reimer on June 7, 1947 in Calgary, Alberta. She is survived by two daughters, one son, and one son-in-law, May and Ed Adshead of Sault Ste. Marie, Art Reimer of London, Ontario and Dorothy (Dody) Reimer of Burnaby British Columbia, seven grandchildren, Jordan, Jeremy, Jeffrey, Jason, Brandon, Tom and Aaron and nine great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Jacob Reimer in October, 1980, sister Thelma Turner Cameron (Hick) in January, 2021, brother William Raymond Hick in November, 1998, son Jack William Reimer in July, 1983 and son Raymond Peter Reimer in November 1993. Cremation has taken place and an inurnment to follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to Canadian Cancer Society.
