CAOAC Revised CAOAC Normal Membership Dues for Clubs with 2 to 30 Members
The Executive passed a motion unanimously to lower the normal CAOAC Membership Dues for clubs with 2 to 30 members from $60 to $30, effective January 1, 2021
This change in fee structure for small clubs relieves the financial burden of participating in CAOAC to encourage smaller clubs into the greater CAOAC network where they can benefit from an association with long established clubs and participate in related activities

CAOAC reviewed the Agenda for the 2020 Annual General Meeting on October 25, 2020

CAOAC set a General Meeting for Sunday December 13, 2020 at 12:00pm EST via Zoom
Bylaw reforms will be discussed and voted upon at this December 13th meeting

CAOAC Reviewed All “CAOAC” Proposed Amendments to the Bylaws
Refinements were suggested to CAOAC Bylaw amendments and incorporated into a final draft
Provisions for proxy voting were discussed and decided upon
