CAOAC set the date for the 2020 AGM to be Sunday, October 25, 2020 at 12:00pm EST

CAOAC Reviewed all “CAOAC” Proposed Amendments to the Bylaws in Detail
CAOAC opted to seek legal consult on the understanding and wording of one amendment
Refinements were suggested to other amendments
Item 3
CAOAC Discussed the Notification Period for the Amendments to Bylaws During the Pandemic
It was decided unanimously to maintain a notification period of 60 days for any Bylaw amendments this year despite the pandemic and the many irregularities and cancellations which have significantly interfered with the normal schedule of business
CAOAC set another Executive Meeting for Oct 6, 2020 at 7h30pm EST
