Room Reservations
Rooms have been blocked under the name CAOAC Convention at the
Sheridan Residence & Conference Centre 1410 Trafalgar Road,
Oakville, ON, L6H 6W4 for the period May 21-24, 2010 Special Group
Rate: $69.95 Rates are per suite, per night, plus taxes (10%) based
on up to 4 in a suite. Parking is free on site. Your Group Name is
“CAOAC Convention” To reserve your suite please call 905-815-4150 or
1-877-225-8664 (ask to be transferred to the Sheridan Residence –
Trafalgar Campus) Please note that you will need a credit card (VISA
or MC only) to complete the reservation. Please inform the operator
that you are reserving a room under the “CAOAC Convention” room
block. Rooms under the “CAOAC Convention” block will be held until
May 1, 2010. Any rooms not individually reserved prior to this date
may be released to the general public. Reservations made after this
date are subject to availability and may be charged the Nightly Rate
of $99.00 per suite, per night, plus taxes (10%) based on double
occupancy (with an additional $5.00 charge for each third and/or
fourth occupant). Cancellation Policy: 48 hour notice of
cancellation. Less than 48 hour notice will result in a cancellation
charge of the first night’s room charge.

Trafalgar Road. Follow Trafalgar Road North to the Sheridan College
Campus. Left at the first college entrance (Ceremonial Road).
Nearest main intersection is Trafalgar Road and Upper Middle Road.
From the 401: Take the exit for Trafalgar Road. Follow Trafalgar Road South to the Sheridan College Campus. Right at the second college entrance (Ceremonial Road). Nearest main intersection is Trafalgar Road and Upper Middle Road.
