Breeders Award Rules
1) The
applicant must be a member of a club or society that is a member
in good standing of CAOAC at the time of the annual Awards
Committee meeting in March.
2) The
application must be submitted on the form “Application for
Breeder Awards” which is on page 1161 of the CAOAC Information
Binder. This form must be completed and must be signed by an
Executive of the applicant’s local club or society.
3) No
Application will be accepted if signed by the applicant.
4) A
Spawning Resume must be attached to the Application. This form
is provided on Page 1163 of the CAOAC Information Binder. If a
computer-generated list is being submitted, it must include the
information requested on page 1163. If these criteria are not
adhered to, the application may not be considered by the Awards
Committee.
5)
Private members may apply if they cannot be reasonably expected
to be a member of a club or society because of geographical
location. The final decision is at the discretion of the Awards
Committee.
6) All
applications must be submitted by the February CAOAC General
Meeting. Applications received after this deadline will only be
processed if time permits.
